This highly effective (99.1%), minimally invasive procedure is performed in our offices in less than a minute. We make recommendations to reduce the chance of recurrence later (currently 5% in 2 years). If there are multiple hemorrhoids, we treat them one at a time in separate visits. Our office uses the CRH O ’Regan System: CRH uses a disposable ligator to create a soft, gentle suction that pulls the appropriate tissue into it. Then, the rubber band can easily and painlessly be placed around the base of hemorrhoid, where no pain-causing nerve endings are present. This is covered by most Insurance companies and we offer cash pricing as well!
What is FibroScan? Also, called transient elastography, is a non-invasive way to measure the scarring and the amount of fat stored in the liver. FibroScan works by emitting a small pulse of energy, which may feel as a slight vibration on your skin. FibroScan calculates the speed of this energy to give your healthcare provider an immediate measure of the stiffness of your liver. This stiffness measure can be an important part of understanding your overall liver health. This is a rapid, painless, and completely non-invasive examination of your liver and is covered by most insurance plans.
